Our mixed breed flock of ewes produces 60-80 lambs each year which we offer for sale, cut, wrapped, and frozen from January until we sell out.
Our flock grazes our corn fields in the fall turning the residual corn cobs, stalks, leaves and weeds into meat and saving us from burning fossil fuels while naturally fertilizing our fields.
Our lamb price in 2008 is $5.00 per pound the average weight being between 30 – 50 lbs. To place orders please call 679-8886.
